星期六的BRUNCH, 頭盤自助, 另主菜甜品,每位298元. 厨師是巴塞隆拿来的,用料上乘,鮮味迸發. 頭盤有沙律,生菜,ham,西班牙炒蛋,蒜蝦,炸魚等, 味道很地道,厨師有心機,炸漿薄. 主菜選了乳猪,應是越南貨,骨肉酥嫩!平日最貴之一是八爪魚,下次再試.甜品是拼盤, 有多種如果肉打成馅外包朱古力,芝味旦糕等,俱有水準!讚!
