Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說兩個星期前，母親大人拿了兩個外賣盒回家做晚餐，打開一看，嘩，正，原來係潮州滷水鵝，仲有鵝腸，鵝肝和滷水豆腐。正所謂有食唔食，罪大悪極，偷食呢d指定動作就必然㗎啦。滷水鵝咸度適中，啱啱好，鵝肉唔“鞋”口，鵝腸夠爽口，值得一讚。唔覺唔兩個人KO哂所有野只剩餘少量鵝肝。今日途經紅磡，頓時想起生記滷味。買番半隻滷水鵝，鵝腸孝敬母親大人。
