食海鮮呢幾年都係鍾意自己去街巿揀好,再去相熟來料加工餐廳酒樓做。好多地方都去過但就係未去過楊屋道街市買,因為不熟悉附近可加工的食肆。今次有幸朋友有相熟做廚房就係街巿附近,一於約埋三五知己去試試。上網先做功課,楊屋道街市魚舖可謂臥虎藏龍,格好晒格同心水目標先出發就可以減少跌錢機會。今次買料用了約$1700,加工費用連小菜酒水加一$2100共$3800(仲有房)。8個大人1個小朋友食完仲打包3大袋走人。估唔到傳統酒樓都做到咁優質來料加工,菜式用心又不馬虎而且性價比超高,買料貴平豐儉由人。遇到良心食肆真的又是出路遇貴人,希望係呢個夜市艱難時期佢哋可以支持到落去💪💪💪
