To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東來順,來自北京的老字號,以涮羊肉聞名,當年曾與好友在位於王府井的老店一試,二人獨沽一味狂食羊,好羶的我們更點了羊上腦一飽口福,埋單每人更不用一百蚊人仔,實在化算又好味。這間位於尖東帝苑酒店的東來順,環境及裝修都比總店更有氣派,更為舒適,除了招牌涮羊肉外,還有香港較罕有的淮陽菜,適逢今年初的窮鬼飯局開年飯在此舉行,終於有機會再訪東來順了。先來的是一堆前菜拼盤『五福臨門』- 鹹味十足的鹽水鴨的確開胃醒神;花雕醉雞,未食已經聞到米酒香,入口雞嫩肉滑很是吸引;看似簡單但實情極考功夫的煙薰蛋,水準一流,看著蛋黃仍然處於流質狀態,實在令人食指大動;白切粉皮羊肉,薄薄的肉片味道並不濃郁,如不看餐單,怎也想不到吃的竟是羊肉,至於粉皮比較碎口,小弟不太喜歡這種質感;賣相極似鎮江肴肉的水晶羊肉,入口雖未至即時溶化,但入口後傳來陣陣羶香,食得出粒粒羊肉,是五道前菜中最特別的。主菜陸續出場,先是比較大路的砂窩雲吞雞,雲吞是一口吃的大小,咬下去肉質不會鬆散,相當不錯,更重要的是雞湯清中帶點鮮甜,是上等之作。接著是旅發局 2006 美食之最大賞得獎菜式 - 鶴湖蟹影 ($50 / 件),將蟹膏放在炸米通上,以炸

當晚的滄海遺珠是雪菜毛豆柏頁,這道清淡的菜式一直乏人問津,或者是外表平凡之致,但事實上味道絕不下於某些著名菜式。京蔥扒大鴨本令人舉筷期待,可惜汁醬調較得太甜,即使鴨肉及一眾配料都恰如其份發揮正常,整體也不見得突出;另一道松子黃魚,酸甜的味道加上香脆炸魚塊,實在難以失手吧。另一主菜片皮雞,雞皮切得很薄,肉質嫩滑非常,相信水準比旺角富記的好一點,更特別的是其配菜,煙韌的里脊肉口感特別,而附送的炸魚塊也不覺油膩,但壓底的窩巴,又是無人問津的剩餘物質...

細心的丐幫幫主為怕幫會弟兄連開年飯也吃不飽,決臨時加碼一客賣相飽滿的三鮮窩貼,蝦、豬肉、海參用料充足,窩貼煎得香口而不油膩,水準令人滿意。至於飯後甜品是馳名的驢打滾,第一次淺嚐此道京式甜點,紅豆內餡不會太甜,口感與糯米滋相似,造型頗有特色,一試難忘。

是晚窮鬼開年飯一共三圍,埋單近萬一蚊,位位三百的消費,不禁令人質疑,身為窮鬼的我們怎可以大吃大喝呢?其實所謂『窮鬼』,表面當然是以最低價錢嚐盡最好味的食物,實情目的是食到你窮食到你褲穿窿,變成不折不扣的窮鬼,俗話有云,人生得意需盡歡,這席開年飯的確食得相當寫意,在此謝過幫主親力親為的安排


開年吃過淮陽菜後,上星期再到東來順勁擦心中一直記掛的涮羊肉,食評不日登出,敬請留意 ^~^
