東大街又有新舖頭啦!筲箕灣呢邊真係無見過有創意壽司店,新開張既「鱻匠」真係深得我心💓日本料理講求不時不食,鱻匠會以時令食材去創作唔同口味,每次見到餐牌都好有新鮮感。鱻匠製作手法都十分嚴謹,包括壽司飯既蒸煮、切魚的方式、醋飯的調製等等,每一個步驟都十分重視,能夠保證壽司既口感和風味。最欣賞既壽司係白鳥貝同腐皮船,有創意又有實力,白鳥貝勁厚身,腐皮船既食材配搭令口感上有所提升,重點係所有單價都唔貴,即場join會員仲有限定折扣🤫試過一次堂食我一直都好想再食,無奈呢排真係太忙⋯終於搵到個機會可以食壽司,就係同事生日!!原先係打算訂個壽司拼盤就算,膽粗粗問老闆有無idea,可唔可以幫我整個貝類主題既壽司呀?老闆一口答應,價錢仲要勁抵😭只要同佢講係幾多人食,就會因應是日食材去決定個蛋糕造型同款式,係off menu黎既,小型omakase🤣小妹有幸做到佢第一個壽司蛋糕客人,多謝老細!比圖你地睇,呢個係2人份,白鳥貝主題,有成8舊白鳥貝+大量蟹籽仲有蟹膏同吞拿魚蓉😆同事們都讚不絕口!可以再encore啊真係🫶🏻📍地址:筲箕灣筲箕灣東大街54-60號東強大廈地下7號舖
