To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約咗個舊朋友食飯，佢話要介紹我間隱世西餐廳，淨係叫我喺太古站等，神神秘秘帶咗我去東達中心AGE Cuisine Express叫咗一個dinner set ，先上左一碗蕃茄忌廉湯，有蕃茄既香味但又有忌廉湯的滑溜，十分特別，主菜係燒美國Prime級牛扒（8oz), 表面微焦，內裡剛好5成熟，肉質非常嫩滑富有肉味，好食到唔點牛扒汁都得，陪合清新薯菜，仲有薯仔味濃既粗薯條，加埋杯凍檸茶真係大滿足另一樣就叫左大蝦煙三文魚意式夾餅，裏面夾左超大塊三文魚及多種配料及醬，另外仲有芝麻菜沙律係面增添清新感覺，雖然唔似得一般pizza見到啲材料鋪喺面咁靚，但就係因為佢咁多材料所以要用夾餅形式包住啲材料另外仲叫咗水牛城雞翼，醬味香濃唔會太辣，食完一隻又一隻呢到地點方便，坐得舒適寬敞，係適合拍拖浪漫，好友聚會既好地方

另一樣就叫左大蝦煙三文魚意式夾餅，裏面夾左超大塊三文魚及多種配料及醬，另外仲有芝麻菜沙律係面增添清新感覺，雖然唔似得一般pizza見到啲材料鋪喺面咁靚，但就係因為佢咁多材料所以要用夾餅形式包住啲材料

另外仲叫咗水牛城雞翼，醬味香濃唔會太辣，食完一隻又一隻

呢到地點方便，坐得舒適寬敞，係適合拍拖浪漫，好友聚會既好地方
