友人看到一間特的印尼餐廳,想起從前在印尼曾工作一陣子,便相約我到印尼餐廳,嚐各式東南亞食物。店內以黑色為主調,餐桌與餐桌之間留有寬闊的空間。亞答子冰($29),亞答子是一種水果,上次在其它泰國餐廳喝過這杯飲品,惜亞答子不夠軟。這裏亞答子帶點煙靭,口感像年糕,形狀和味道有點像山竹清甜白透。利賓納紅毛丹($29)是一個有趣的配搭。紅毛丹同樣是東南亞水果,香港較少作為飲品。利賓納味道略淡,紅毛丹幾乎與荔枝一樣,同樣清甜,果肉多汁,內有很多粒紅毛丹果肉。黃薑飯($17)最能代表東南亞的味道,飯粒在口中滲出黃薑香,頂層的乾粒讓我想起馬來西亞沙巴吃過的乾粒。馬拉盞炒通菜($65)是這次個人認為最好吃的菜式。除了在調味料上用得䢔當,不會如外面餐廳用過多的油和調味料而令清菜變得過鹹,更重要的是通菜本身非常幼嫩,拌飯吃,能讓人多吃一碗白飯。沙嗲雞肉串(3串)($46)拌豆醬。雞肉本身燒得非常入味,燒過後外脆內軟,並沒有燒乾雞肉的水份,不用拌醬已非常好吃。而加了醬汁則更適合拌飯吃。香蕉葉魚($60),份量不多,魚肉已去骨,齊地被香蕉葉包裹着。打開香蕉葉,魚肉微微帶點植物的清香。吉列炸蠔(5件)($49),
