主菜虎蝦藍蟹意粉係必食!虎蝦啖啖肉,配上沾滿蝦膏香味同蟹肉絲嘅手工意粉,簡直正到唔識講,就係好食到幾乎可以飛天😇

牛脥臉肉闊條意粉就完全被比下去~ 味道相對較淡同普通~ 建議食咗呢碟先,之後先好食Shellfish Tagliatelle~ 不過overall係好食嘅,牛脥臉肉完全唔騷,軟腍有牛味香,都值得一食😋

最後食甜品!有我最愛嘅Tiramisu~ 呢度嘅Tiramisu屬於家庭式口味,酒味極濃郁,混和朱古力粉嘅甜同雞蛋香,味道唔錯~

Basque cheesecake🌟
芝士蛋糕非常有東南亞特色~ 上半層係混入清香香茅嘅芝士蛋糕,而底層係芒果芝士慕絲,更加入咗少少細碎果肉。兩種口味混入口中,減輕咗芝士嘅膩,但保持住芝士厚重幼滑嘅質感~ 整體味道非常匹配,係一陣清新嘅香茅同淡淡芒果香,非常驚喜!


今個weekend就咁chill住過~
