To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年同老婆去咗行獅子山，行完山已經六點幾，由於近黃大仙所以就坐車去黃大仙中心食晚餐。同老婆喺黃大仙中心行完一輪，就決定食依間亞金南洋茶室。同老婆揀咗一個二人餐，包括小食兩款，主食兩款同兩杯餐飲。馬來春捲：熱辣辣脹卜卜，炸得香脆內裏配料十足。玻璃魷魚通菜：分量都算，醬汁幾惹味，魷魚爽脆。經典三寶配椰漿飯：配料有豬扒，雞翼，扎肉。豬扒及雞翼，炸得香脆又唔油，但椰漿飯就一啲椰漿味都食吾到。檳城炒貴刁，面頭有肉鬆，食落正正常常，茶餐廳質素。
