To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於馬灣通村的「東昇樓海鮮酒家」是區內人氣旺盛的海鮮酒家,地方大適合朋友商務聚會🎈。昔日此地滿佈漁船,是漁民集中地,海鮮新鮮程度更可想而知,除咗鑊氣十足中菜、近廣為人知其宵夜茶市,可以點心做宵夜。脆皮菠蘿咕嚕肉:酸甜可口,外酥內嫩,搭配菠蘿的天然果酸,酸甜適中,開胃不膩,豬肉裹粉炸至金黃,外皮酥脆,內里肉質鮮嫩,口感層次豐富。菠蘿的加入帶來清新的果香,既增添了風味,又平衡了油膩感。毫不吝嗇的紅、黃、綠食材搭配,色澤鮮艷。豉油皇煎蝦碌:精挑細選蝦,鮮美的蝦肉和濃郁的豉油香氣十足,蝦肉本身帶有天然的甜味,經過煎制後,鮮味更加濃郁。豉油皇增添了咸鮮的底色,同時豉油的香氣與蝦的鮮味完美融合。外殼微微焦脆,內里的蝦肉卻依然保持嫩滑多汁,外殼脆到可以食埋落肚。煎藕餅:份量十足大大塊,原來係用蓮藕和豬肉組成再用煎炸嘅方式烹調,外表至金黃香脆,食落似豬皮質感,蓮藕粒增加口感,豬肉煙韌彈牙,難怪係招牌菜!紅燒乳鴿:皮脆肉嫩、香氣濃郁,外皮酥脆,內里肉質細嫩多汁,口感層次豐富。乳鴿吸收了多種調料的香氣,如醬油、料酒、八角、桂皮等,香味撲鼻。幾乎用上做吊燒雞方法慢慢贊油,待至表面看似炸,但其實係經高燒慢慢灼

鮑魚雞煲:鮑魚的鮮美與雞肉的香甜完美融合,湯汁濃郁,鮮味十足。鮑魚口感彈嫩,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,用蠔油、鮑汁、醬油等調味,醬香濃郁,味道醇厚。鮑魚和雞肉都是高蛋白、低脂肪的食材,鮮味濃郁、肉質豐富、醬香醇厚的高檔菜餚,高貴而不貴,都係百幾蚊食到。
