To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛好有半日假,與家人一起到東涌新建迎東村餐廳下午茶。雖然這屋村新建,人流較少,但一來到這餐廳,下午時間仍人頭湧湧。等了一會便有位。由於我連午餐還沒吃,除了點了兩款下午茶套餐外,也點了兩款主食。下午茶套餐包括肉醬薯條餐(連一杯熱飲),和西西里鮮茄豬排飯。首先,薯條一上碟是熱洪洪,還有一點焦,但味道不錯,但我姐姐表示吃太多會覺得咸。而西西里鮮茄豬排飯,鮮茄感覺會與炒飯分開,沒有融合感覺,但以這平民價錢很值了。另外,也點了辣肉醬煙肉pizza,pizza底是餅乾那類,味道尚算不錯。最後點了墨汁鮮蜆魷魚飯,這個一般般,海鮮還可以。總結來說,下午茶$20-30真得很抵,會再來試其他茶式。
