復活節假冇得去旅行,即使乖乖地係香港,都可以搭E車去外國人聚集嘅東涌感受一下異國情調。係Outlet附近就有Bar and restaurant。好似主菜嘅前菜,石燒西班牙豬肋條。豬肋條有燒烤味,好甘香香濃。碟底嘅酸蘿蔔中衡咗肥膩感,同時令前菜味道更高層次及惹味。主菜點咗鴨子三食,三食好豐富,包括油封鴨脾、鴨胸同鴨肝。鴨脾、鴨胸火喉控制得好,煎得嫩,仲見到粉紅色。食過鵝肝(唔好計劣唔劣質),第一次食鴨肝,油香適中,唔會食到成口油,獨有鴨香。鴨胸同鴨脾都煎到金黃色。鴨脾香脆,內保持肉汁。蒜辣椒活蜆意大利粉呈現簡單就是好。蒜同橄欖油已經做成最好嘅汁。活蜆有鮮味,啖啖肉好厚身。甜品係芒果熱情果慕絲蛋糕,酸酸甜甜。慕絲部分亦滑身。最後為朋友點杯mocktail,No Hang Over。
