To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天襯着放假，約爸媽飲茶，由於他們住得比較偏遠 - 東涌，所以便到附近一家新開的酒樓吃午餐，那麼便不用他們長途拔踄出來吃餐飯。這個地段主要都是住宅區，所以幫襯的都以附近居民為主。酒樓亦提供優惠給住戶，東環住戶八折，附近屋苑也有九折優惠。但只限星期一至五的午市和晚市。干炒牛河（$68）👍👍👍👍干炒牛河的鑊氣夠，上到枱還很熱。牛肉份量也不少，味道不會過鹹，河粉炒得均匀，每條河粉都沾上豉油。撒上芝麻，令河粉添上芝麻香氣和口感。冬瓜蠔仔肉碎粥（$58/細）👍👍👍👍這個蠔仔肉碎粥上枱時，會用石腊煲住。蠔仔數量都不少，但湯比較多，飯則比較少，所以很稀，但味道都很鮮甜。家鄉咸水角（中$21）👍👍👍👍咸水角上到枱時還是熱的，外皮香脆帶煙靭，而且一碟有四隻。鮮蝦腐皮卷（$25）👍👍👍👍新鮮炸起的腐皮卷，香脆又不油，蝦肉爽彈。生菜鯪魚球（$28）👍👍👍👍有四粒鯪魚球，口感彈牙，加上生菜，清清地，吃的時候可以點些豉油。芹香蒸粉果（小$18）👍👍這個粉果就真是一般麻麻地，個皮太厚，裏面的料又太鹹。原籠馬拉糕（$20）👍👍👍👍這個馬拉糕幾抵食，鬆軟兼大個，原籠都只是$20。陳皮牛肉球（小$18）👍👍👍牛
