To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

車車康復得飛快已大致回復正常這夜要同老公出街食餐飯鬆一鬆不過都係近近哋去東昇樓撐一陣檯腳咁多啦,這舖環境很棒唔講都唔覺係食中菜呢~好有味道的吊扇燈~ 內裡竟有個百子櫃買少見少了~ 還有個大銅鑼好懷舊喔!! 木櫃裡放入紅酒出奇地匹配~ 門口放了很多海鮮不過這夜只想吃小菜~這頭盔令我想起流民皇帝朱錦春唉是否未飲先醉呢haha~店方送的青紅蘿蔔豬骨湯都算濃郁不會水汪汪啊沙薑雞腳$48雞腳炆得好入味軟硬剛啱好送酒一流~ 炭燒燒肉$65皮未做到脆卜卜肉亦過鹹肉質鬆散比起第一次食差十萬九千倍~肥佬蒜蓉蒸鮮魷$78蒜香滿口鮮魷淋滑有彈性墊底粉絲更是美味無窮~鮑汁螺片扒生菜$68螺片夠淋但味不夠鮮鮑汁稀杰做得不錯生菜也爽脆都算OK啦
