To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同家人嚟到大本型和平飯店,必試松子桂花魚,因為酸酸甜甜好好食,肉質鮮嫩。多人食一定要嗌一條。小籠包多汁皮薄。上海回鍋肉都幾好食但係我覺得有點太油。因為天氣轉涼見到有胡椒豬肚雞湯就嗌咗嚟試。原來都幾大煲,四個人每人可以飲到幾碗,胡椒味重,豬肚夠爽,超好飲。因為有小朋友所以嗌咗一個賽螃蟹,蛋白好滑,味道剛好唔太咸,小朋友好鍾意食。最後嗌咗一個高力豆沙做甜品,但係有啲失望因為以為個皮會熱,點知係微暖,不過紅豆餡都幾好食。職員嘅服務態度幾好,有攞一個籃畀我放袋,而且疫情期間有專人嚟收碟,所以上菜同收碟會係唔同職員,做得幾好。
