To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚想食中餐，近近哋揀咗海王漁港。今晚叫咗：1. 清蒸松葉蟹🦀️ $298/隻，約斤半重。肉質實淨，好鮮甜！我覺得幾抵食😋2. 冬瓜盅 ($148) 都幾多料，味精唔重，飲完唔會口渴👍🏼3. 另外叫咗個「晚飯精選」($388) 有一碟例牌燒鵝，不過肉質有啲「鞋」！鹽燒鮑魚，冇咩味道，普普通通！清蒸虎杉仔，一斤左右，不過蒸得幾好，啱啱熟，幾滑吓，個蒸魚豉油都唔錯😋4. 最後叫咗個燕窩燉奶 ($28)做甜品，唔會太甜，好香奶味😋
