湯底係由醬油湯同豬骨湯嘅拼鍋,兩種湯都各有特色。醬油湯鹹香美味,仲隱約帶點鮮甜味,任何食物落去都好好食;而豬骨湯味道濃郁,散發住濃厚嘅豬肉香味,配埋和牛一齊食更加一流。呢度最出名嘅莫過於任食松葉蟹。松葉蟹係頂級嘅螃蟹之一,佢嘅特色係蟹膏口感實淨,味道又特別嘅鮮甜,飽滿嘅蟹肉,食咗一啖就會上癮,完全停唔到口。仲有呢度嘅三點刺身拼盤,味道好新鮮,帶有淡淡嘅海水味,食落去清甜可口,口感又好柔軟,唔使點樣咀嚼,又唔會好腥,好好食。時令野菜拼盤係鍾意食菜嘅朋友仔必拎嘅食物,除咗刺身,呢度嘅菜都非常之新鮮,係經過嚴選出嚟,煮熟咗之後口感同味道都好好,食落去會有清爽嘅感覺,仲可以解膩。特上宮崎和牛係呢度嘅顧客鍾意嘅肉類之一,和牛色澤鮮艷靚仔,煮熟咗之後更加係香味四溢,食落去有入口即化嘅感覺,冇牛肉嘅腥味,唔鍾意食牛肉嘅人都會愛上嘅味道。仲有就係日本豚肉,比起其他豚肉,日本豚肉更加鮮嫩嘅口感,食落去更加嘅美味。
