To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了令一行十二人暢所欲言,所以這次飯局訂了房間,附設最底消費是常識吧,很久沒這樣大魚大肉了呢!明爐燒鵝皇奉客時以爐子保溫,可惜火力不足,油分還是琼起來,而且旁邊的亦因此而令鵝肉乾掉了,似乎多此一舉呢。澳洲龍蝦二食a)頭爪炆伊麵 外殼非常堅硬,難以弄開,最後全數外帶回家慢享當中的美味,伊麵索盡精華,淨食也相當滋味。澳洲龍蝦二食b)碧綠炒龍蝦球碧綠翠玉瓜,龍蝦肉彈性十分足。薑蔥炒大肉蟹蟹箝很巨大,拿著吃啖啖肉,像吃冰淇淋似的,現在寫著寫著,想吃百花釀蟹箝了。杏汁燉豬肺湯甜湯的杏仁露,在下不喜歡吃,但這個湯呢,小的卻非常喜愛,拿著碗灌下去,更是身心舒暢啊!蠔皇遼參扣花菇遼參滑溜並帶著彈力,花菇超厚肉。沙薑霸王雞軟嫩的雞肉帶著醬料的惹味,沒有不好吃的理由。清蒸海皇花尾躉蒸魚時間控制得宜,魚肉非常嫩滑,尤其面頰的肉質非常讚!杞子魚肚泡菜苗魚湯浸著菜苗很清新,其實不用加入魚肚,菜蔬份量增多會更好。松露雙蚌炒飯松露的霸道香氣四溢,鹹度可以降低點。鍾家甜品(杏仁茶,楊枝金露,芝麻糊)想不到會有三款甜湯,每種奉上幾碗供選擇。鍾家甜品(杏仁茶,楊枝金露,芝麻糊)小的選了黑漆漆的她,熱度夠而且散發著芝麻香,

明爐燒鵝皇
