星期五下班,與老婆前來尖沙咀Happy Friday! 厚福街食店林立, 更有多間樓上店的水準也不錯。今天下班便與老婆前來新開不久的餐廳大吃一頓~這家日式食店以串燒還有酒為主;見餐單滿滿的串燒填滿菜單; 首先當然來一客沙律(沙葛野菜條)作前菜, 潔白的沙葛, 爽甜無比,味道清新,配以秘制的豆板醬,十分醒胃;小食雞油渣炒枝豆, 平時聽的都是豬油渣,現在有雞油渣,感覺健康一些。粒粒青綠色的枝豆以雞油炒,有鍋氣, 雞油渣煎香,鹹鹹的, 口感香脆; 香草醬燒法國鵪鶉胸, 鵪鶉胸的肉質較結實及乾身, 啖啖肉, 香草醬為淡淡的肉味增添了一份味感;日本銀杏, 煙煙韌韌, 甘甜甘甜的口感; 燒茄子, 有別於街邊長長的燒茄子,切成圓狀的,鬆軟可口配以燒烤醬汁及蔥花, 另類的味道體驗;雞髀菇, 好多時燒烤都能吃到, 白白滑滑的雞髀菇燒至金黃色,鹹鹹的, 帶點脆口的口感, 外脆內軟,滋味無窮; 燒雞全奕, 原隻雞全奕啖啖肉, 不會有燒蕉的感覺, 雞皮香脆可口,雞肉多汁鮮嫩;一杯京姬柚子檸檬.,酒味不算濃,濃郁的柚子及檸檬味道,甜甜的, 飲完使口氣更為清新。
