To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 話說搬返黎元朗已經一段時間,留意到元朗最多人排隊既日式有兩間,一間係大馬路X中,另一間就係呢間「魚一」。由於早排食完X中,今日咁啱放工去咗嘉城,經過魚一見無人排隊就入場試下。首先上軟殼蟹壽司賣相尚可,但係軟殼蟹又凍又軟,完全唔知炸完擺咗幾耐既口感,沒有比較沒有傷害。燒雞泡魚乾口感唔錯,有濃厚既魚乾鮮味,微溫。三文魚腩刺身賣相普通,肉身鮮甜,食完無腹瀉問題。起初仲諗緊點解餐枱上無Wasabi,原來隨刺身附上。蟹肉蟹膏壽司壽司郎水準,不過不失。火炙壽司、左口魚、牛肉他他等味道無驚喜,都係壽司郎水準。吞拿魚手卷伏到唔知點形容,吞拿魚少得可憐,紫菜又軟又淋,未食過咁低質既手卷。最後係饅魚同帶子壽司都係嗰句,壽司郎水準。由入座到離座前後應該九個字都無,因為太肚餓,快快趣趣食完就走。唔會再有下次,又一間失望既黃店。真係要排咁耐隊既話,我寧願食X中、壽司郎。
