To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日book咗呢度,一家人同嫲嫲補祝生日食飯,點知換來極差嘅體驗😤👎👎.食物方面,除咗一開頭嗰個乳豬係最好食之外(乳豬需要一早預訂),其他小菜等等都係非常之一般~片皮鴨直程差到一個點,啲肉超老好鞋,嗰個侍應切片皮鴨切到係好厚一塊塊,好求其,完全唔係平時薄身嗰種切法,我哋12個屋企人一致都覺得好失望~龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦份量少,仲要啲殼多過啲肉~叫咗個花菇海參煲,呢個仲離譜,成個煲得幾片海參,仲要貴,超級無敵唔抵食👎.食物普通都算,最差嘅體驗都係來自於佢哋嘅服務,幫我地嘅一位男侍應由一開頭其實態度已經好差,問佢乜嘢、有啲咩要求佢全部都會Say左 no先!(如果係有好嘅服務,其實應該係可以按着客人需求睇吓會唔會幫到手)片皮鴨都係佢切,完全冇心機片,出嚟嗰啲根本唔係片皮鴨而係一件件嘅鴨肉囉!.態度差都唔緊要,好戲在後頭!片皮鴨剩返嘅鴨殼,我屋企人想拎走返屋企,然後我哋同嗰個侍應講可唔可以幫我哋斬件,首先佢已經一口話唔可以斬件,(但係其實片皮鴨嗰把刀同埋張枱都仲響度,點解唔可以幫我哋斬開幾件方便拎走呢?就算係點解唔可以拎入廚房處理呢?!)😤.然後我哋要求用外賣盒幫我哋pack起拎走,佢竟然走去搵個

然後我哋要求用外賣盒幫我哋pack起拎走,佢竟然走去搵個外賣膠袋,然後竟然連膠手套都唔帶,就咁搵佢哋酒樓嗰啲濕紙巾套包住鴨殼,就咁好似掉垃圾好用力咁掉落嗰個外賣袋度,跟住就俾我哋!🤯
我問佢點解會唔用盒而係用膠袋呢?然後佢就話個盒唔會放得晒,基本上平時啲人都係用呢個袋,我話好唔衛生,上邊又唔係封口,跟住佢同我講話已經好乾淨,又話個個都係咁拎㗎啦,跟住又話啲盒好貴㗎,其實我心諗如果你俾我嘅話就算啲盒貴啲我都唔會介意,因為企理同埋衛生係最緊要囉!😠

最扯火就係見到佢膠手套都唔用,竟然用嗰啲濕紙巾套,就咁揸住嗰啲鴨殻掉落個袋,仲要係好粗魯嗰隻,當刻我感覺覺得自己好似乞兒?好似乞求食物咁然後被粗暴對待!😡

去到最後成餐飯真係好唔開心,中間上菜又急,佢唔會理你點樣亦都唔會理你張枱夠唔夠位放,總之就拎晒所有嘢出嚟,成餐飯又唔係抵食~

其實到最後我個心真係好嬲,本來難得成家人團聚食飯想開開心心,明明以前響我心目中嘅鴻星係唔會咁差的,估唔到今次換來一個咁嘅體驗!本來真係好想即刻搵經理理論,因為同屋企人一齊而且又有老人家,所以當晚始終我冇即刻咁樣做,但係我已經記低嗰個侍應嘅名第二日向經理投訴~

今時今日,一間食肆要做得住其實服務真係好緊要,食物質素可以改,但係如果因為一啲咁樣嘅服務體驗影響到的話,你叫客人點樣夠膽再嚟呢?!重點今次令我咁憤怒係,呢樣嘢係完全關乎涉及衛生問題,喺而家嘅疫情底下,竟然處理得咁唔衛生,難道平時佢哋都係咁樣對待所有客人的嗎?

鴻星由咁多間而家最後變到得返兩間,其實都希望如果可以有更多客人同好嘅口碑的話,睇來真係要嚴重改進同埋重視返服務、衛生、食物質素等等~不過經過今次,我成家人同埋包括我自己以後都唔會再去幫襯了🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️
