Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 用OpenRice这么多年第一次写食记,足见餐厅差到什么程度。添好运一直号称平价米其林,这话在若干年前或许有道理,时至今日,这家字号已经黑化成完全的相反面了。论食物,纯预制菜也就罢了,加热都不均匀,要么馅心还是凉的,要么就炸糊了;论服务,抱歉,侮辱了“服务”这两个字,也侮辱了香港人自己,用毫无服务可言一点不为过,这可能可以解释为什么它们没脸收加一吧。想起几年前友人还热情带我去中环那家店,虽不惊艳,但中规中矩;现在的西九龙高铁店,丢人丢出五湖四海了。
