To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天后似乎有不少美食，這間相信是其中之一住在新界的我老遠出到來，先前看到兼認定這餐廳的位置，lunch便來一試。約12時來到的時候仍未滿座點了清湯牛腩麵，湯底果然是蠻清的，本人不喜歡油油的湯，所以這個我很喜歡至於牛腩，亦是名副其實的好食，不會韌，淋度亦剛好，我亦好喜歡份量是可以的，不過當然不會太飽後加豆漿，我要熱的，店員說豆漿要另加熱，要等一會 (因為這裡只寫著有凍豆漿)雖然是小小的食店，但我覺得服務不俗至於熱豆漿就一般，沒有什麼特別，始終清湯腩才是這裡的賣點。有機會會再來。
