自從K11 MUSEA開左之後，次次行過都大排長龍，即刻search下，原來係日本東京米芝蓮人氣拉麵店「多賀野」，香港分店用既食材都係由東京本店送過黎，而製麵機都由日本原廠直送到港。多賀野堅持每日係店內新鮮自家製拉麵，令拉麵有一定嘅煙韌度，充滿陣陣麥香。而餐廳半開放廚房設計，可以望到廚師煮麵。今日嚟到（6:15pm)難得見到門口竟然一個人都冇，我地即刻入去試吓先。我地叫左多賀野醬油拉麵 🍜，超正呀，湯底顏色好清，好香濃嘅醬油味，面嘅質感好煙韌另外叫左炸蠔定食、蒲燒鰻魚定食，炸蠔好鬆脆，炸醬唔會過厚，隻蠔仲好juicy👍🏻好耐冇食過咁好味嘅炸蠔蒲燒鰻魚定食因為即時燒，所以大約要等15至20分鐘，鰻魚好肥美，肉質軟腍嫩滑，背面燒得香脆下次想試沾面同蟹肉薯餅
