To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 02月9日老公生日,下午先帶佢去山頂食lunch,夜晚再同佢去南丫島食海鮮,見之前0既食評都話呢度好老實,好!!就去呢間試下!!因為我地去果日係星期四,所以果度好靜,可以話果一帶只係得我地同隔離天虹0既一枱鬼佬客,攪到我老公唔鍾意,太少人,冇氣氛.先講個環境,妤明顯呢間唔及隔離天虹,個魚缸唔靚,比起隔離天虹差得遠,(不過0黎呢度係食好0野,都唔會介意佢外表,只係想比個心理準備各位).海鮮種類好少,我地去到想叫多幾樣海鮮都冇.我地叫左:1)芝士焗龍蝦($210)-好細隻,我地已經叫佢捉大隻d,果隻已經全間鋪最大果隻.有好多蝦子.味道比我預期中好食好多,芝士汁ok濃同夠味,隻龍蝦好鮮味,我諗佢係煎一煎先再焗,可以鎖住d水份,又會香口d,好食過長州0既海龍王;2)椒鹽瀨尿蝦($90)-佢炒得太耐喇,冇晒水份,乾爭爭,如果唔係本身隻蝦都幾鮮0既,呢一味唔及海龍王,而且隻蝦又細又貴,$10一兩!我地叫左4隻,有一隻係唔知死左幾多年0既,一打開d肉梅晒,我地同老細講,果隻當然唔收$,原本$130 4隻,果隻死蝦佢一扣扣左$40,果然夠老實.3)蟹肉栗米羹($40)-應該係蟹"殼"栗米羹,不過都有少

3)蟹肉栗米羹($40)-應該係蟹"殼"栗米羹,不過都有少少蟹肉,太多碎殼了,味度極度一般.

最後仲有菊花膏同生果潻喎!!

值得一讚0既係佢地0既服務態度真係好好,又老實,兼且唔收加一茶芥.雖然呢度唔及隔離幾間靚,但係我相信味道唔會差好遠!天虹有船接載,好似好好咁,但係我想話佢"舌累"你幾百蚊,就算佢成架船載你一個出去佢都賺好多啦!!如果0黎南丫島食海鮮,呢間真係比較好,唔駛比人劏0丫嘛!!!
