聽講係一位難求嘅天婦羅廚師發辦果然係名不虛傳店內座位唔多L形席前設計讓食客們都可以欣賞到日籍大廚們專注製作嘅過程第一眼就被正中央嘅「金鐘罩」吸引原來係店內嘅靈魂 —— 炸爐耳聽著滋滋作響嘅聲音望住大廚從罩內撈起一件件炸物就好似變魔術咁,好有趣!枱上有松露鹽、綠茶鹽、海藻鹽、辣椒鹽同青檸先調好天婦羅汁,加上蘿蔔泥下一步就係靜待「好事來」~~~首先係開胃菜鹿兒島醬油漬吞拿魚赤身魚肉嘅鹹鮮出奇地有開胃作用第一道係花竹蝦呈上一隻薄漿一隻厚漿嘅組合炸漿火候控制得剛好前者爽脆,後者蘸點天婦羅汁餐廳嘅天婦羅汁味道較淡,略帶鮮香十分適合配搭海鮮最後再吃炸蝦頭似十足饞咀零食然後有松茸配銀杏、沙錐魚、栗子等當中要一讚個炸蕃薯外脆內軟,點上自己鍾意嘅鹽出嚟嘅效果味道鹹鹹甜甜,好正!另外牙帶魚同樣令我好難忘香嫩魚肉油脂飽滿配上酸汁蘿蔔蓉好解油膩亦體現到每道菜都有精心舖排巧思十足套餐唔夠喉可以選擇追加兩款招牌分別係海膽天婦羅同埋鮑魚天婦羅Lunch set 本身冇但可以加錢追加試咗個鮑魚好彈牙但又唔會太un配上鮑魚肝醬風味超濃郁作結滿滿嘅黑松露片底下係半熟流心蛋倒入醬油後將天婦羅蝦、松露同埋流心蛋拌勻呢個飯真係
