柏一向我都幾鐘意,今次再訪都試左啲之前無試過嘅菜式。季節刺身五點有青森縣帶子、深海池魚腩、平政魚、金目鯛同銀雪魚,件件都是厚切又新鮮,次次都必叫刺身😉 豚肉糖心蛋都幾推介,豚肉加埋自家製秘製燒汁,燒走部分嘅油脂無咁油膩,而且帶來一點焦香,加埋糖心蛋一齊食都幾出色。軟殼蟹天婦羅炸醬好薄又唔會話過乾,仲食到啲膏,都幾值得叫。紫薯甘栗餅嘅蓉好滑身,唔會話好多纖維或者過甜,炸得外脆內軟滑,都唔錯。蒜片牛舌炒得幾香口惹味,鐘意食牛舌應該會幾鐘意。鹽燒金雕係立鱗燒嘅串燒版本,魚鱗脆脆同魚肉焗左都幾特別。月見三品包含咗海膽、三文魚子同埋水雲,配埋隻溫泉蛋嚟食,食嘅唔係口感而係鮮味!土佐豆腐外酥脆內嫩滑,加埋辣蘿蔔蓉同蔥粒,都幾啱送酒。雞腳筋、雞皮同雞頸肉等串燒都燒得幾好,雞腳筋勁爽口又唔多地方食到,未食過都可以試下!板神卷有啲似大阪燒,加左海膽蛋黃醬同三文魚子,即刻昇華咗唔少!
