晚上約了友人聚舊,選了這間在佐敦的餐廳,氣氛和環境比較好。店員先端上一杯微熱的茶給我們。點完食物後,店員會端上每人一份前菜。前菜是酸蘿蔔,少量白芝麻圍繞蘿蔔,開胃爽脆的酸蘿蔔散着微微芝麻的味道。在眾多有趣的酒精類飲品中,選了一杯非酒精飲品,Cranberry Juice ($38) 紅莓汁的微甜有如餐廳的柔和,份量適中。然後是紐西蘭托托蜆($138),有三種醬汁(Sake sauce / Garlic n Chili / Lemongrass n Coconut Sauce)可選,選了比較濃烈的Garlic n Chili。紐西蘭托托蜆於其它餐廳比較少見,這次我們主要是為這款食物慕名而來。看到左右兩枱都點這款托托蜆,似乎是這間店的必點食物之一。蒜蓉味沒有想像中濃烈,微微映襯出托托蜆的清甜。托托蜆底下的醬汁並不太濃烈,卻混和着托托蜆和醬汁的鮮甜中帶蒜蓉的味道,讓人禁不着多嚐兩口。托托蜆後是另一道小菜香蔥鯷魚烤北海道魷魚($88),眼看都是魷魚,帶着鯷魚的鹹香。味道不過鹹,所以不會蓋着魷魚本身爽滑的特點。再來是主菜屠夫牛扒(450g)($328),屠夫牛扒是橫膈膜中心肉,肉質比一般牛扒軟嫩

再來是主菜屠夫牛扒(450g)($328),屠夫牛扒是橫膈膜中心肉,肉質比一般牛扒軟嫩。聽說是因為太好吃了,所以屠夫通常都留著自己吃,便出現屠夫牛扒這個名字。旁邊有半個焗蒜頭,熟透的蒜頭沒有刺淚的蒜辣,反之是入口即溶的軟蒜,配上牛扒吃,能提升牛扒的肉香。
