今日嚟到銅鑼灣食飯,看到基本上時代廣場的餐廳都無大變化,上次嚟呢度都好鐘意佢哋燒豬,而朋友又鐘意中式菜,所以一早訂定位,如果唔係,中午都幾多客。呢度都好似開了幾年,但裝修仍然保持得約好,座位間亦寬躺,坐等舒服。西班牙栗子豬叉燒$188,一上枱便聞到陣陣栗子香味,表面燒烤得焦香,肥肉比較多少少,咬落有少少溶化感。香煎原味蘿蔔糕$68,蘿蔔糕材料豐富,食到一條條蘿蔔絲,煎得香口。瓦罉啫啫唐生菜$108,熱辣辣在面前再翻炒,鹹魚肉碎香氣四溢,唐生菜吸收了鹹香味同油份,香味吸引。通心脆脆卷$68、水晶菜苗蝦餃$68、灌湯豚肉小籠包$48,三款都有水準。
