To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某日中午, 跟同事外出午飯, 因原來心儀的食店已滿座, 左看看, 右看看, 見這店內還有很多空位, 也不理會「伏」不「伏」, 先坐下再說好了.因為天氣太熱, 我點了一份明太子漬角切魚生飯($70)配凍檸檬茶, 另再多配一份天婦羅蕃薯($8).大約10分鐘, 點的食物上桌了.挺大的一碗, 飯上面鋪滿了魚生, 配上紫薑片和沙律菜, 樣子貌似不俗. 只是, 我不懂為什麼要把沙律菜放到碗裡面...先嘗一下魚生, 雖然樣式挺多, 但是感覺有點不新鮮, 所以...最後吃了一半也就「放下」了.另外, 多配的天婦羅蕃薯, 味道一般, 沒有一般日本蕃薯的甜味...沒有了要再來的感覺...可惜了.
