To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想到隔離間廣東燒味用餐，但無乜位，見到呢間野門面放住幾張報紙係地下吸燒豬油，都好唔衛生，比其他燒味飯店環境仲差，但諗住求求其其一餐，入到去見到餐牌30元一個單拼，例湯8元，貴人一截都想走人，叫左個切雞飯，碟飯D雞超肥，仲係不同部份，連雞脾最後個截無肉骨頭都搭埋，呢D質素敢賣30元！氣頂頂食完，見到收銀度擺滿好多明星相，好似好有名咁，心諗你間野D價錢同質素成反比，衰過隔離幾個快餐店，一定無下次！
