位於銅鑼灣利園二期,地點好方便。裝修好有格調係工業風格,但又比人一種好舒適嘅感覺。本來諗住都係得啲輕食,點知原來都有飯、烏冬咁,佢重有分casual menu同fine menu。今次就叫咗佢嘅casual menu同試下佢兩款話係new嘅菜式。.French pork cheek $158Chicken rice wif Japanese sesame sauce $128Red velvet cookie $45Flat white $42Filter-Ninety plus selection $98.店員同我地講話個pork cheek係用慢煮嘅方法,pork cheek好腍又入味。佢兩塊多士都係sourdough嚟,口感幾軟熟又帶點煙韌,同埋有啲啲酸味,口感同味道都比普通多士好👍🏻🥰佢多士中間重有啲薯蓉,成個感覺冇咁單調!唔好睇個樣覺得只係燒雞扒飯咁,但食落有驚喜🤩🤩雞扒都係用慢煮方法,超級嫩滑一啲都唔鞋,而且佢個皮重要煎到好脆身,好似啲乳豬皮咁脆😍一舊雞,兩種唔同口感👍🏻 另外,佢啲炒蛋用咗日本蘭王,蛋味特別香濃又滑😋食完兩個主食,叫咗佢地都幾推介嘅曲奇試下!一試就愛上!🤩

食完兩個主食,叫咗佢地都幾推介嘅曲奇試下!一試就愛上!🤩 店員幫我地reheat番個曲奇,外層好脆,入面就軟身,中間重有啲cream cheese fillings!!!好驚喜佢啲會加咗cream cheese係入面,成個曲奇昇華咗!🤩🤩🥰😍大推!
