鰻魚掃上鰻魚汁, 蒸得金黃肉嫩, 初時都擔心會腥, 一般煎/燒嚟食較香口, 幸好用蒸嘅方法都可以完全無魚腥, 鰻魚肉質比煎或燒更嫩滑, 鰻魚汁香濃而唔鹹, 加少許脆口紫菜絲用嚟飯撈香軟的日本蛋米飯, 美味!
