尖沙咀棉登街算是一條食街,開設多間日式韓式食店,相信不少朋友曾經也到此一吃。最近串燒店越開越多,上班族也習慣下班後吃上幾串喝上兩杯解壓,朋友吃過「南亭」後覺得不錯,與我相約到此一聚。雞泡魚乾個人認為餸酒必吃燒物,口感煙韌香口,魚香濃郁。牛舌牛舌厚肉飽滿、肉質爽脆香潤柔嫩、肉汁豐盈。燒雞翼秋葵軟骨雞肉棒店家以雞肉及軟骨剁碎製成,雞肉鮮香彈牙多汁、每一口肉均粘上蛋汁,更嫩滑香濃惹味。日本和牛他他普遍餐廳也是以碎肉料理,這家卻以切片取代,和牛霜降紋理清晰,每片油香潤滑,蔥配上和牛一起吃,更顯滋味。燒丸子丸子實則是芝麻湯圓,外皮煙韌有彈性,圓潤飽滿口感糯軟。茶泡飯總括來說,師傅手藝不錯,每串火喉剛好,推薦燒物及和牛他他。
