To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日來到南豐紗廠,想搵間打卡咖啡店嘆吓下午茶,周圍都排滿隊,見到依間裝修係森林風,周邊有好多植物同埋環境寬敞,就決定喺依間打卡了。同三個朋友都想輕食,叫咗一個甜品同埋四杯嘢飲。曲奇雪糕牛角窩夫如果大家都經常去咖啡店食甜品嘅話,就會知道牛角窩夫係依排新興嘅甜品,因為佢嘅牛角酥皮會比較香脆,我叫咗曲奇雪糕,配落個窩夫就好夾啦。青檸接骨木花梳打接骨木花本身味道係比較清香,所以咖啡店配左青檸落去,令到佢有個化學作用,酸酸地,同時亦都有花香味。羽衣甘藍青瓜蘋果蔬果汁依個簡直係健康之選啦,但估唔到佢嘅presentation都好靚,有把遮仔喺上面,打卡就好啱啦。雖然佢係健康但係完全唔難飲,亦都唔會用糖水完全遮蓋晒佢本身果汁嘅味道,值得一試!玫瑰花雪梨乾蜂蜜熱花茶呢杯係朋友覺得有少少感冒所以叫嘅熱花茶,佢就話飲落去好滋潤同埋舒服,對佢嘅喉嚨不適好有幫助。玫瑰花釀鮮奶咖啡又係好靚嘅拉花,淡淡的玫瑰花香配埋咖啡,為我嘅甜品完美落幕。
