To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一講森美，大家都會諗起一塊掛店外嘅牛型大招牌，紅色格仔枱布方型枱，不過時日變遷，大招牌被迫拆除、昔日扒房情調消失、高水準牛扒不在，要留戀的好像都沒有了⋯⋯午餐－特式什扒 $70先嚟一碗羅宋湯，無什菜味無茄味，一味死鹹死辣，顏色又唔討好，難飲羅宋湯排行榜佔一席位！然後嚟個什扒，牛扒無問幾成熟，食落似8成尚算唔韌，但牛味欠奉，而雞扒Ok，唔會乾同鞋，煙肉雖然大塊，但無乜煙肉味，最差可算係薯角，叮到又乾又硬，單睇相都睇得出！一人共消費：$70
