To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 難得六個朋友出來吃飯,當然是打邊爐最正路,今天我們選擇了稻香,只因新出的椰椰芝麻雞煲。因為我們是星期六晚上來,所以要吃正價,假如消夜時段的話,半價優惠只需$45。椰椰芝麻雞煲 $90先將椰子水及椰肉煮滾,倒入穗香雞,煮約5分鐘就可食用。配有沙薑醬及鮮桔仔汁,不過個人感覺較為酸,不用沾太多。穗香雞聲稱是自家農場養的,雞肉不會煮得過老,很多肉,再嚐一口湯底,很香的椰子味,湯底非常清甜,果然是100%的天然椰子水。美國牛小排 $48牛小排煮一會兒就熟透,很香的牛肉味,脂肪不會太多。雪花丁方 $68就像一個牛肉粒的層層疊,一口一粒牛肉,煮的時間比肥牛耐一點,入口充滿牛肉汁,而且夠嫩。自選雙併:鮮蝦雲吞及韮菜餃 $48鮮蝦雲吞內的蝦肉夠彈牙,而韭菜餃的韭菜味不算很濃,不過皮夠薄。黑豚梅肉 $38黑豚肉的肉感很重,非常美味。墨魚滑 $58自己按分量裁切墨魚滑,煮一會兒就可吃了,墨魚滑爽口又彈牙,有墨魚的味道。清甜蘿白 $28清甜的湯底再配上清甜的蘿蔔,真是十分清甜,蘿蔔亦夠腍身。田遠菜籃 $48這個菜籃滿足了我愛吃菜的慾望,因為入面有各式各樣的菜,而且還有粟米及冬菇。稻庭烏冬 $32超滑的稻庭烏冬
