尼間燉湯小店主打用椰子殼做燉盅去燉,之前睇報導話系三個年輕人合夥去開第一間既小店,演變到依加有三間分店。但太子分店對我黎講最近最方便,地鐵/巴士去都幾方便。 店舖門面唔算大,放到2-3張枱。有時多人起上黎就要排隊了,所以唔少人都會外賣自取,或者叫foodpanda果d去送。覺得都尚算方便。 ⦁ 織金竹笙燉子排椰小盅 $66內含排骨、大大條竹笙、紅棗、淮山等,加上用上椰子水去燉,有種濃濃椰香既清甜。敗筆在於煲湯既肉會有少少柴,但整體黎講好夾好好味。
