To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日去左呢間鋪食,因為係葵芳果間食過肉碎煎旦飯,覺得都唔錯,所以係荃灣唔知食咩好既情況下,就去左呢到。我地兩個人叫左個水門雞加油飯。青咖喱牛跟飯加酥餅。另外再叫左個豬肉生菜包。最後加多個椰青。水門雞飯既雞我覺得唔錯,油飯就麻麻地喇。青咖喱我用酥餅點左黎試下呢就覺得咸左d。仲有個生菜包我就真係食左一兩粒太大青檸味喇…..椰青呢就真係抵啦….$28一大個,我地仲食埋椰肉以為番過泰國餐廳要成$3x個架….講緊9-10年前wo..
