To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同朋友去過深圳食椰子雞,雖然覺得味道不錯,價錢又平,但總覺得椰青不夠清甜。近日天氣忽然轉凍,太凍不想去內地,就係旺角揾間火鍋食。有朋友介紹旺角都有間椰子雞好好食,我地就去試試。7點上到去已經好多人,好彩仲有位,唔驶等。一坐低,我地叫左一個2人餐,每人三百幾,有火鍋和煲仔飯,都適合係咁凍的天氣食。先來一個雞煲,用椰青水煲嫩雞,好好飲,好好食,食完之後再加入豬骨湯,就可以正式落料食火鍋啦。火鍋配料多,又好食。煲仔飯好香,有飯焦,好脆,臘肉好香口,非常惹味。
