To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 探索梨木樹邨之旅, 開始時先去商場吃早餐, 旁邊那間茶記的早餐收費, 動不動就$28, 難怪店內侍應生比客人還多楓蜜雞扒"炒滑蛋"早餐, 多士轉蘿蔔糕, 大家樂奶茶 $24雞扒面的蜜糖起沙, 連雞扒同吃是甜甜鹹鹹味道及沙沙口感, 雞扒煎得熟過頭, 肉較實;一向好味的蘿蔔糕, 如今粉多蘿蔔少最精彩的"炒滑蛋", 眼看已知唔對路, 應該屬嫩嫩蛋液部分已凝固, 雞蛋邊位有呈啡色煎痕, 食落是「靜置時,外熱逼熟、由軟轉凝」的口感, 溫溫吞吞的溫度一點也不好受幸好有杯大家樂奶茶調劑一番, 心情趨緩
