酒友相聚,找到了尖沙咀一日本師傅席前料理喝喝清酒餐廳樓底高,落地玻璃令環境更開揚及採光度十足裝修以簡約木系風格為主,鐵板長檯可欣賞師傅烹調食物設有兩間獨立房,若希望擁有私人空間跟朋友歡聚,是一個不錯的選擇清酒三日月本釀造,口感順滑柔和,米味香濃有多款套餐供應,最後選擇了$998的極上一人前鐵板餐先來前菜三小點!有香港比較少有的雞肉刺身、麻醬豆腐及醃酸瓜沙律上有我最愛的海葡萄,配上油醋十分開胃極上刺身有油甘魚、赤身及牡丹蝦!新鮮有色澤,魚脂四溢季節時令生蠔肥美飽滿、色澤潔白,帶輕柔海水味鮮活南非鮑魚盡吸昆布的味道,最後淋上的鰹魚高湯羹,散發啖啖海鮮香茶碗蒸以黑松露木耳絲及鰹魚湯製成,再於面層鋪上魚籽,口感絲滑深海野生白鱈魚外層金黃香脆,肉質紮實鮮甜帝王虎蝦以醬油炒香蝦膏淋在蝦肉上,令蝦肉多一分鹹香鹿兒島黑毛豬肩先慢煮五至六小時,加上秘製汁肩,入口肉汁澎湃紐西蘭羊架火候控制得宜,皮香肉嫩無羶味鐵板炒飯加了櫻花蝦,柴魚片加及葱花,另附上高湯及芥末作茶漬飯,嚐盡兩種口味味噌湯湯頭鮮美甘甜,配料豐富,順口好喝甜品為豆腐雪糕,豆味清香,口感幼滑,為這一餐畫上完美句號
