To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一開始門口接待員取給了我們一張帶位紙，竟然是沒有編號。之後問裡面職員，兩分鐘後才知道自己的的枱號。都算了最可笑既係，我發現枱上只有公用匙羹而沒有湯匙，我問一個職員取湯匙，竟然佢問番我點解?佢仲好理直氣壯話：「我們只有公共匙羹和瓦匙羹，……」一大堆廢話 仲要極之晦氣！我同我朋友都覺得：點解會請一個服務咁差既侍應，而且大家都好嬲！老實講，我真係想即刻叫佢經理過來投訴佢。一間食肆即使食物味道好，服務質素那樣差也會把客人趕走！更何況，以這個價錢來說，食物質素只是一般。因此，這是我和我的朋友最後一次惠顧這間沒有禮貌兼服務差的食肆！
