今日見放假就出咗嚟尖沙咀呢度食晚飯,雖然外面真係好亂..餐桌小食有呢個木瓜片同埋呢個麻辣花生首先叫咗個日本花膠雞腳燉螺頭湯,清清地又有雞腳同螺頭嘅鮮味,冇乜味精幾好飲胡麻醬淮山,感覺好似食緊生蘿蔔,但係就好甜冇乜楂,淮山同胡麻醬好夾蜜糖汁黑臀肉叉燒,呢個真係不得了, 嗰啲蜜糖汁係好清甜嘅花蜜,食落同平時食開嘅叉燒麥芽糖完全唔同,但有一陣蜂蜜嘅甜味,你叉燒本身就係好靚嘅黑臀肉,半肥瘦,大家睇下張相就見到肥瘦好均勻,入口即溶鍋巴士多啤梨骨,用士多啤梨醬林喺剛炸好嘅排骨上面,再配上鬆脆嘅鍋巴,口感好得意領獎水芙蓉清蒸明蝦球,賣相已經好靚,啲蝦好新鮮好大隻,水蛋整到非常之滑,上面有啲甜甜地嘅汁將蝦同埋水蛋加埋一齊食好正食完飯就叫咗個30年陳皮紅豆沙,食落個種陳皮味真係唔同啲,味道好豐富,而且紅豆沙煲到出晒沙,又唔會好甜川貝冰糖陳皮燉完個雪莉,呢個甜品比較甜,說來就唔會煲到好林,在喺上邊放左啲新鮮設置嘅陳皮,陳皮味好香, 唔該係靚野,成個甜品好滋潤成餐飯嘅賣相,味道都唔錯,而且食到傳統矜貴嘅味道
