To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實間舖個位置真係好難搵，亦都唔係近啲咩地鐵站同埋車站，真係要好刻意想食先至會行條斜路上到嚟。不過，我覺得都好值得嚟，因為香港真係好少仲有呢啲咁舊式嘅茶記冰室樣唔知係咪因為冬天呢，舖頭冇開冷氣，不過都好夠涼如果真係食唔慣個環境都冇辦法，不過我覺得呢啲係香港特色雖然係食上海菜，但係店員好早就拎咗碗筷同埋熱水俾我哋洗，感覺好似去咗酒樓咁上海湯麵就好似濕水版嘅上海粗炒咁，不過不失啦水餃湯麵有四隻水餃，皮又薄又大粒小籠包個樣其實唔係好靚，但係真係好好食同埋佢個形狀關係，佢大粒過出邊嗰啲好多八寶茶價錢唔平㗎，都成$25一杯，但個賣相真係好好，仲要勁足料，同埋冬天飲真係好正，雖然貴啲但係我覺得好值得試！！！可惜得咁細杯
