我同朋友今次嚟到尖沙咀的「炑」,期待已久嘅日本正宗Omakase,入到去就已經感受到濃厚嘅日式氛圍,真係好有feel。第一道上嘅水八爪,肉質彈牙,搭配紫蘇葉嘅清香,食落去有一種清新感,紫菜的鹹香更添風味,真係好開胃口。接著來到海膽三文魚茶碗蒸,滑滑嘅口感令人驚喜,海膽嘅鮮甜同三文魚嘅香味融合得好好。靜岡縣石雕切片來得剛好,肉質鮮嫩,搭配少少的醬油,味道更加突出,咬下去有種海鮮的清新感。然後係淡霧島針魚,肉質滑嫩,搭配檸檬汁,食落去既有海味又有清爽感,仲有一絲酸味,真係食到心情大好。德島縣的生蠔新鮮無比,肉質鮮甜,配上檸檬汁,味道更加突出。木乾魚配青檸,外脆內嫩,青檸的酸味令整道菜更添風味,食落去有種咸香味。接下來係獅魚,肉質鮮嫩,搭配柚子胡椒和Wasabi,味道層次分明。日本海膽配Wasabi,海膽鮮甜,搭配Wasabi的清香。北海道喜知次壽司飯,飯粒粒分明。金木鵰清湯,飲落去既清淡又不失鮮味,舞茸菇的香氣令湯更加美味,喝下去暖心又舒爽。燒吞拿魚外焦內嫩,肉質鮮美,搭配少少鹽,味道非常出色。香箱蟹,蟹膏、蟹籽同蟹肉完全無得輸,搭配一齊食落去,味道濃郁。沖繩花竹蝦,配上咖哩鹽,蝦肉鮮甜,

最後,九洲蜜柑果凍清甜爽口,甜而不膩。

搭配啤酒同梅酒,啤酒清爽可口,梅酒香甜,兩者搭配得好好。
