簡直係垃圾!!日本普通嘅出前一丁好食過你一百倍!!!個西口西面大隻廚師令面一上枱, 碗麵就好似俾人食過咁, 啲面有鹼水味, 個湯完全冇味又唔熱. 個廚師應該去試吓其他拉麵店乜嘢先叫做拉麵, 好唔好食唔講, 起碼學好個presentation先. 一碗咁嘅拉麵, 都可以上枱比客人食, 簡直不知所謂, 簡直侮辱緊你自己同賣間舖. 如果你係炒散, 你就倒不如返屋企算吧啦, 影衰晒啲真正廚師. 絕不會再幫襯!!!!少少意見, 如果Management想認真進步, 除咗要檢討吓食物品質之外, 真係要好好訓練員工的服務態度.
