To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上九點去荷里活分店食晚餐，極度不滿。員工態度差，無禮貌，食物質素差。首先，我同朋友叫了刺身飯同沙律。食物等了二十五分鐘都未有。真係等得太耐，問下侍應，就見到個刺身飯一早已弄好，就係未給客人。刺身不新鮮，又無味！刺身放太耐，細菌都滋生啦！再等五分鐘，個沙津仲未到，再問侍應，見到個廚房才開始弄個沙律。等一個沙律等三十分鐘！九點不是繁忙時間。等太耐，取消個沙律。個侍應仲要態度極差！我不會再幫襯！
