To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極度勿非所值....差到不值一提

諗住有優惠卷加上之前聽過評語都不是太差，所以叫埋屋企人山長水遠到機場吃自助餐。唉！點知真的......是令人極度失望！！我們一行人八時到達，門口帶位已經態度欠奉，不知是否因我們是香港人呢？？但請不要忘記妳自己都係囉！！還有請敬業樂業！！出去睇睇有咩食，除了有些所謂魚生外，根本就係同去旅行時，食團體自助餐的款式，現在收費正價卻是要$328的喔....而且魚生除了三文魚較為好外，其餘皆不新鮮，而且壽司亦被人揀到所餘無幾，又一直都沒有加添。另一個名唯什麼健怡咖哩及中式名點，咖哩雞完全沒增添不突止仲要係凍的，而另外的中式名菜更利害，沒有任何東西在碟上囉！！！燒味部的白切雞由我到至走都係碟上約六至八件...厲害厲害！！蒸魚我去到時只得條骨，九點左右我問經理是否不會再出，他說去廚房睇睇，不久真的有喇....但變了蒸豆腐。厲害厲害！！想知唔通成晚只係蒸一條魚咁大把？？？想食蠔就請萬勿去呢間，因係冇的.......可能見識少，真的未試過咁價錢的dinner bufffet會冇蠔！！想食碗熱湯粉麵？也令你失望了.......最令人費解的是，為什麼連生果也好像很缺貨般，什麼也沒得吃，想食件水果吧，也為難！

最後有一點值得讚揚的是工作態度既熱誠又有效率的侍應！！
