To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從新世紀廣場大裝修後很久未再來這裡吃飯了旺角雖然食肆林立,但往往都需要等位反而這邊裝修後食肆增多了不但不需要等太久,而且環境也更為寬敞就算要等位也更為舒適浄滷水鵝片 (HKD 198/ 例)切得很薄,所以就算吃上少許鵝皮也不會感到太肥膩鵝肉滷得很入味甘香,肉質鬆軟潮州凍花蟹 (HKD 2016/ 42両)蟹肉彈牙鮮甜,肉蟹拑啖啖都是肉豉油皇煎鯪魚球 (HKD 280/ 例)雖然外表看起來好像很乾但內裡魚肉鮮嫰,仍保留到魚汁而且收乾的豉油包裹住整塊魚肉,非常惹味香煎蘿蔔烙 (HKD 108/ 例)蘿蔔烙很薄,有各式配料,口感豐富胡椒咸菜豬肚湯 (HKD 128/ 例)豬肚湯很清,不會有很濃郁的豬肚味胡椒味也不會過濃過辣胡椒、咸菜、豬肚,三者的味道合而為一三者相輔相成,搭配得很合宜碧綠川椒雞球 (HKD 108/ 例)雞球切得細細塊,很是入味不過好辣的朋友,會感覺略為不夠辣沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 (HKD 98/ 例)牛肉切得大而薄透每片牛肉都掛滿沙爹汁,香濃惹味方魚肉碎粥 (HKD 120/ 例)粥煮得粒粒分明,很有咬口配上方魚肉及其他配料口感豐富而味道鮮甜乾煎糖醋麵 (HKD 128/ 例)
